Ocean Housing Alliance, Inc. (OHA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit located in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.  We provide housing, support, and services for low-income adults who are underserved, unsheltered, and have special needs.

We are dedicated to providing our residents with a safe, healthy, pleasant, and caring environment in a place that they can call home. We strive to offer residents a safe, healthy, and welcoming place to call home.   Founded in 1993, the Valentine House remodeled a 1890-era hotel into a 47-bed residence and continues to operate primarily on private donations.
